Wilgus State Park
Located along the Connecticut River, Wilgus State Park has been a scenic part of Vermont’s state parks system since 1933. The park has since gone through multiple expansions and now is a very popular destination for kayak and canoe enthusiasts.
The park can be found just east of Ludlow in central Vermont. Enjoy the scenic picnic shelter located along the river shoreline and traverse the Pinnacle Trail – a one-mile foot trail cutting through the park, ideal for wildlife viewing.
